Relational Health
Individual
Healing begins with awareness.
Together, we’ll explore the root of your struggles and help you reconnect with your sense of self. This process can create space for new perspectives, greater resilience, and emotional well-being.
I don’t offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. Instead, we’ll work together to understand your patterns, explore new possibilities, and strengthen your capacity for change. This is a collaborative process, grounded in your unique experience and focused on what is most meaningful and authentic for you.
Couples
Support for any kind of relationship in need of healing.
With over 25 years of experience in working with all types of relationships, I offer a unique blend of insight and compassion to help navigate complexities with individuals and couples to foster deeper connections.
Is your partner not ready or willing to come in?
That’s okay. You still have the power to make meaningful change. I can support you in focusing on what’s within your control—helping you grow, heal, and become the best version of yourself. When you invest in your own well-being, it not only benefits you, but can positively influence your relationship and every area of your life.
Consent, Pressure, and What "Keeping the Peace" Costs
Naming What's Hard to Name — Whether You're Both Ready or Just One of You
Pressure around sex and intimacy doesn't always look the same. For some couples, it's occasional — one partner says yes to avoid a fight or an uncomfortable silence. For others, it's become a pattern that's harder to name: an agreement to "open things up" that kept expanding past what felt okay, a partner whose requests never seem to have a ceiling, or a slow erosion of the ability to say no at all.
Wherever this sits for you — an occasional dynamic or something that's grown into feeling inescapable — it's worth bringing into the room.
You don't need your partner in the room to start exploring this. Some people bring this into individual work first; others come in together. Either way, it's worth bringing in.
