Becoming a parent is one of life's most profound and transformative journeys — one that can bring incredible joy alongside deep uncertainty, emotional overwhelm, and unexpected challenges.
I work with the full range of perinatal mood and anxiety concerns, including perinatal anxiety, depression, OCD, anger, and the grief that can accompany infertility, IVF, or pregnancy and infant loss. Shame, perfectionism, and feelings of helplessness often keep these struggles isolating and hard to talk about — even when support is needed most.
Whenever it's helpful, I invite partners into sessions, since support from both sides can be a powerful part of the healing process.
My work also extends into the early years of parenthood, with a focus on infant and early childhood mental health from birth to age five supporting the emotional bond between parent and child during this formative window

I’m certified in End- of -Life issues through Snowline and UC Davis Hospice. I hold a sacred space for clients moving through the grief and loss process in my private practice. I feel honored to be able to come alongside and support individuals touched by grief. Some of these painful experiences include, miscarriage/infant loss, suicide, infertility, complicated relationships, unseen losses, and death of a loved one. Grief is an experience that cannot be denied. Grief is potent, and requires soulful attending.

Whether it's a single overwhelming event or something carried for years, trauma can shape how safe we feel in our bodies, relationships, and daily life. This work is about helping you feel grounded again — not just talking through what happened, but healing how it lives in you now.
I offer approaches such as EMDR, IFS, Brain-spotting, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and other modalities to assist with mind body integration and deeper processing.

Drinking exists on a continuum — from occasional binge drinking to a pattern of problem drinking — and you don't have to wait until it becomes extreme to pay attention. If you're noticing changes in how or why you drink, or you have a family history that makes you want to be proactive, that's reason enough to listen to it now.

Many of the people I work with are trying to find their way back to a life that feels aligned with their values, their goals, and what actually brings them satisfaction — even when certain patterns keep getting in the way.
I support people navigating behaviors that feel hard to control or regulate. . Some patterns feel hard to stop even when you want to — including compulsive sexual behavior and other behavioral compulsions like shopping, gambling, gaming, or work. This is a judgment-free space to understand what's underneath the behavior and build a path that actually fits your life. I have particular experience and comfort working with men navigating these challenges.

Parenthood is an evolving journey, and I support parents through every stage of it — from the early years to raising teenagers to adjusting to life with adult children.
I also help parents navigate their evolving relationships with adult children, including the significant others who become part of the family.
